   • There should be an explanation of the potential risks and possible legal actions.

3. Determine fees:

   • The required fees must be clearly defined before the process begins.

   • All healthcare practitioners are informed of applicable fees.

4. Possibility to modify the terms:

   • The responsible party reserves the right to amend the terms at any time.

   • All interested parties must be notified of any changes to the Terms.

5. Privacy:

   • Priority is given to the privacy of personal information of patients and healthcare practitioners.

   • No sensitive information should be shared with any third party without prior consent.
